Zoya is part of this Forge-wide order of healers, who send their members out into the Outlands to help distant settlements as part of their mission to bring proper healthcare to even the most distant places in the Forge.
They imbue their healers with proprietary nanites and provide them with other equipment before sending them out into the far reaches of space to help those in need. It is a voluntary and charitable organization present in just about every sector, in one way or another.
